Minimum Night Stays vary. All weekends are a 3-night minimum unless availability only permits 2. Weekdays are a 2-night minimum.
March, April, May and Holidays vary from 3–5-night minimums depending on time of year and holiday.
Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals are higher rates with a 4+ night minimum.
Special Events are allowed with additional fees and requirements.
Site visits are by appointment only to ensure the privacy of our guests.
Security deposit, city lodging tax, booking fee, cleaning fee and daily use fees are not included in nightly rate.
