● Monday evening reception.
● Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10:00-11:30am and 3:00-4:30pm
● Friday round robin 9:00-10:30am
Water will be provided
Guests may use courts at any other times on a first come, first served basis, free of charge
I have been playing sports my whole life and find nothing more joyful than working with people to build skills, confidence and a love for the game. I’ve coached tennis, basketball and soccer, and my newest passion is PickleBall. This sport is truly the sport for the people. Learning pickleball makes learning tennis seem like brain surgery. I specialize in the mechanics and strategy of being a solid player, and I also provide a focus on the need for mindfulness in sports. I take great pride in the progress and success of my students, and look forward to helping you.
I’ve taught and coached tennis for more than 40 years, and I’ve been a nationally ranked doubles player. In addition to tennis and pickleball, I taught a range of sports, including volleyball, badminton, racquetball, softball, and running. I chose a career in physical education because I love sharing the joy of play, the challenge of learning new skills, and the importance of embracing a beginner’s mindset. From training in performance psychology, exercise physiology, and biomechanics, I bring my expertise in breaking down shots, implementing strategies, and developing a positive, focused mindset to be successful and enjoy the time on the court.
